Scho Fit is comprised of a husband-and-wife team who are passionate about fitness, but most importantly, passionate about long-term health. “Focus on health and fit happens” is a favorite saying around Scho Fit HQ.

We all have our own personal history, goals, and fitness stories. Marcy, the fairer half of the
Scho Fit team, has over four decades of personal training and nutrition experience. She loves teaching clients to use nutrition to battle disease and is a prime example that “age is just a number.”

  • Tim, the half of the team with the more testosterone and a lot less hair, uses fitness as a means of pursuing his passions. Staying fit and eating the right foods allows him to chase elk in the mountains at 10,000 feet and walk miles of fields in search of pheasants with his Labrador retriever Wyatt.
