It is done on zoom, or by phone; your choice

The meeting can take 30 to 60 mins. 

9 Weeks of Workouts: you can choose seated workouts or full workouts.

Over 9 weeks you do workouts with me, as I explain how and why and also how to increase your strength as you progress. Use the 9 weeks over and over for 1 year as you get stronger, improve posture, pelvic floor, bone density, metabolism and more.
